If the devices screen is staying lit and active during a phone call, then this means that the Proximity Sensor is currently not working. This can usually be easily solved by a quick Restart of your device.
Note: We do recommend that you turn your device off and on again a few times a week. This ensures that sensors get a change to reset and update if they need too.
