Sometimes, your touch screen may become inactive, or have difficulty working.

1.) Plugging in other brands of charger may cause the touch screen to be less sensitive, which is caused by an unstable                 current.

2.) Water on the screen can sometimes effect reliability of the touch screen.

3.) It may be that the device has frozen. If so, hold down the power button for 10-15 seconds to force a shutdown and then reboot the device.
